FAQ
What counts as one process?
One trigger (e.g. a new enquiry or order), up to 2 systems and one main route with error handling and alerts — tested with agreed data, with acceptance criteria. More systems or branches count as two processes or are quoted separately.
How much does process automation cost?
A single process starts at €600. For 3–5 processes there's the automation package from €2,000. The price is fixed before we start.
n8n, Make or Zapier?
We choose tooling for the process, available APIs and workload. For critical flows we agree retries, duplicate protection, logs and alerts; the available safeguards depend on the connected systems.
Where does the data live?
On your accounts and, if you prefer, on your own infrastructure — for example self-hosted n8n with an EU provider. All access is handed over.
How do we know it pays off?
Before implementation we estimate time saved, service costs and expected savings using your data. If the estimate does not justify the work, we recommend not commissioning it. This is an estimate, not a payback guarantee; an audit already delivered is charged separately.
Can you automate e-invoicing?
Yes. Since 2025 domestic businesses in Germany must be able to receive e-invoices. For issuing them in domestic B2B transactions, transition periods run until the end of 2026, or until the end of 2027 where the issuer’s previous-year turnover is no more than €800,000; exemptions still apply. We automate receiving, checking, filing and handing invoices to your accounting software — as a single process from €600.
