Privacy policy

Which personal data is processed when you visit this website or send an enquiry — and what rights you have.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website under the GDPR is:

  • Nikolaos Tsoulfas
  • Goethestraße 12
  • 01589 Riesa
  • Deutschland
  • E-Mail: info@werumo.com
  • Tel.: +49 3525 7790796

2. The short version

  • When you change language, the locale cookie remembers your choice for one year. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking services.
  • Fonts are served from our own server; no data is sent to Google Fonts or other CDNs.
  • We don't sell personal data.
  • The only required fields in the contact form are name, email and message.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Deutschland in a data centre in the EU. The provider processes data solely on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Details: https://www.hetzner.com/legal/privacy-policy

When you visit, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This serves secure operation, attack prevention and error analysis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is kept only as long as needed for that.

4. Contact form and enquiries

When you use the form we process your name, email address and message, and — voluntarily — company/website, the service and package you're interested in and budget range, plus the site language.

The purpose is to handle your enquiry and prepare a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The enquiry is delivered by email via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) and to an internal Telegram channel of our team. You receive an automatic confirmation that contains none of your message.

We delete enquiries once they are fully handled, at the latest 12 months after the last contact if no contract is concluded. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

5. Email and Telegram

The website chat sends messages, timestamps, language and page path to our team via our Telegram bot. The latest 100 messages are stored on our server in Germany for up to seven days after the last message. A random access key in browser local storage lets you resume in the same browser for up to seven days. Copies in Telegram are not automatically deleted by this expiry. New conversation only removes local access to the previous history. Do not send document copies, passwords or payment details.

If you write to us by email or Telegram, we process the data you send to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Telegram's own privacy policy applies additionally.

6. International transfers

Part of our team works outside the EU. Enquiries and project data are processed there where needed to answer your enquiry or perform the contract (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

Resend is based in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). Just write to info@werumo.com; we reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work.

There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
