Documents and public authorities
Help with documents and authorities in Germany
An authority letter can require several actions: understand the request, collect attachments, prepare a reply and book an appointment. We organise this work and correspondence so that requirements and next steps are clear.

- You need to understand what action a German authority letter requires.
- You need organisational support with applications, documents, appointments or correspondence.
02 / What's included
- Help understanding letters and requirements from authorities.
- Assistance completing applications and preparing documents.
- Booking appointments and accompaniment by agreement.
- Arranging translations and helping with correspondence.
03 / How it works
- 01
Review the letter and requirements
We identify the action requested, supporting materials and deadlines stated in the letter. Legal assessments are referred to authorised professionals.
- 02
Prepare the application and attachments
We help assemble attachments and complete agreed forms using your information. Where needed, we arrange translations and check completeness before submission.
- 03
Organise submission, appointments and correspondence
We help with the agreed submission method, appointment booking and follow-up correspondence. We record responses and outstanding steps; the authority makes its own decisions.

FAQ
Do you provide certified translations yourselves?
We help explain the content and arrange translation. Where a certified translation is required, an appropriately authorised translator is involved. Requirements and translation fees are agreed separately.
What should I include in my first enquiry?
Name the authority, describe the issue and mention any reply deadline. Do not include passport details, case numbers or full copies of letters in your first message.
How are costs and timelines agreed?
Before starting, we agree scope, stages, timing and cost. We record the materials needed from you, who is involved and the completion criteria for each stage.
Who provides legal and tax advice?
Legal and tax advice is provided by appropriately authorised professionals.
