04 / FAQ
FAQ
How much does an online store cost?
From €4,000. Before work starts we agree the platform, catalogue and import scope, languages, payment, delivery and integrations. CRM/ERP integration and sync are included only where explicitly listed in the quote; service licences and fees are paid separately.
Shopify or WooCommerce?
Shopify is a managed platform; WooCommerce gives you more control within WordPress. Both involve ongoing platform or hosting, extension and payment-processing costs. The choice depends on your catalogue, integrations and team.
Have you built larger stores?
Yes — for example the Shopify store for Shmed and BrandBar's e-commerce platform with a B2B CRM across 500+ SKUs. See Projects.
Who owns the store?
You do. The store account, domain and code are yours; after handover you can continue with us, another provider or on your own.
Does my store need to be accessible (European Accessibility Act)?
Since 28 June 2025 the European Accessibility Act applies to many online stores selling to consumers in the EU; micro-enterprises are exempt for services. On request we audit your store and implement the requirements — we quote this separately at a fixed price before work starts. Whether the law applies to you is a legal question to confirm with your adviser.
